Aerospace enterprise area expansion
In April of this year, the existing Aerospace Enterprise Area was expanded to cover additional land and property, to allow them to benefit from Enterprise Area incentives.
The types of new sites covered in the Enterprise Area range from:
- Warehouse space
- Development land
- Office space
- Industrial units
The above, along with existing serviced sites and properties benefit from:
- Business rates discount of up to 100%
- A streamlined approach to planning
- High speed broadband connections
- International promotion and marketing by national partner agency, Scottish Development International
